Maco, You were right. It`s not normal.
I found wery hot Firewire controller chip TSB43AB23. After I took off this chip MOBO started normaly but only with FSB400 CPU-s. Then I put back original ITE8712F-A GXC and FSB533 CPU-s start to work.
Now there is BIOS problem. In POST there is MOBO identification as IP1000P-G BIOS version F4. On this MOBO is marking 8IPE1000 V3.1
When I start to flash BIOS flasher said that I`m attempting to flash 256k BIOS into 512k EPROM. And he is right! BIOS for this MOBO is 256k and EPROM is 512k.
Maybe there was additional sticker on MOBO that was riped off simetimes?
