Нужна прошивка для ASUS A7V-ML

Для начала: зачем понадобился БИОС???
Судя по elhvb.com/mboards/OEM/HP/ , мама действительна была в Павильоне 7935...

Теперь смертельный прыжок: заходим на сайт HP и ищем БИОС под известную машинку.. о! он там даже есть Удачи :twisted:
PS: Pavilion 7935 (US/CAN), Pavilion 7935 (FR) и т.д. - разные продукты. Поэтому пробегитесь по всем возможным странам

Там я уже был ...
Скачал для MooreaCongoMocha. А чем отличаются:

Maui;
Tahiti ???
У меня судя по наклейке на микросхеме bios-a Mauoa - Мауи ???

Можно ли БИОС от HP патчить???

Скачал пару прошивок. В обеих говорится, что они для материнской платы Asus A7V-ML:

HP Maui (Asus A7V-ML) PHLASH Parameters Revision 0.05

HP Moorea (Asus A7V-ML) PHLASH Parameters Revision 0.06

Честно говоря, не вижу разницы :?

Какой отдать предпочтение???

Судя по написанному Вами, возможны два варианта:
1) Moorea "свежее", чем Maui;
2) Они для разных ревизий PCB (правда, это сомнительно - ревизии PCB не обозначаются обычно таким образом)...

Какие нибудь варианты есть???
А если не заведется??? После "неправильной" прошивки ???

Батенька, Вы чего, а? БИОС Феникс, а фениксы пока еще не поддерживаются патчером, даже 6-й альфа... Только АМИ и Авард...

вопрос: прошивку получили? А будет ли она работать - вопрос другой... ИМХО, прошивка одна на все, в противном случае нафига было HPшникам делать один апдейт на все? А оба эти файла скорее всего просто отличаются номером версии. Так, MooreaCongoMocha_317.exe содержит БИОС версии 3.17.
