какого файла не хватает? у меня нормално зашивалось, правда в рабочую флешку. В том архивчике не хватает ридми:

The 6133, 6133S and 6133SB all use the same BIOS (filename prefixed with just 6133).
The 6133SX uses a different BIOS (filename prefixed with 6133SX).

Using the wrong BIOS will cause the computer to stop functioning and will require repair by an authorised Mitac repair centre.

Also, when updating the BIOS, use the following command :
	MIFLASH  /UB
e.g. type "MIFLASH R117.BIN /U" without the quotes.
